Dr. Sarvesh Agarwal graduated MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Jaipur in 2012 and then after a year of practicing medicine, decided to pursue the route of healthcare entrepreneurship. He worked for 2 years in Swasthya Kalyan Group as strategy consultant, where he led a cross-divisional and cross-functional team to implement various educational programs, doubling the student intake. He also created a functional blueprint for the organization to enter in the field of medical diagnostics & pharmaceutics. In 2015, he was selected in the highly prestigious MBA program of Duke University, USA where he majored in finance, strategy and health sector management and was chosen “Duke Quality & Innovations Scholar” (QISP) for his class. During his time at Duke, Sarvesh was elected as the President of Student Life of the MBA Association.

Sarvesh worked in USA as Project Manager for Clinical Operations at Cardinal Health, a fortune 21 company, and was directly responsible for one of the biggest M&A of the company in 2017. He retuned back to India soon after to drive the Rajasthan Hospital Project as the VP of Strategy & Operations, working to enforce the vision laid by Dr. SS Agarwal & Dr. Virendra Singh.

Sarvesh has keen interest in data analytics driven healthcare which he believes answers the perennial challenge of striking balance between accessibility, quality and cost in the field of healthcare. His papers on optimizing diagnostics and choosing treatment protocols wisely have been published in multiple medical journals including American Journal of Medical Quality.
