Payment for Services:

By using any of the electronic or other payment modes available on our website, payer agrees to pay for the services provided by Rajasthan Hospitals Limited. These payment methods may include net banking, debit cards, credit cards, prepaid wallet, and other electronic means. Payer understands and acknowledge that Rajasthan Hospitals Limited is authorized to collect, process, facilitate, and remit fees paid electronically by you.

Receipts submitted by Rajasthan Hospitals Limited are subject to inspection and verification by the user. Any discrepancies should be brought to our notice within 3 days of receiving the receipt/invoice. If necessary, Rajasthan Hospital will modify and provide an amended Receipt/invoice, and the payer will make payments as per the modified receipt/invoice. Applicable Government taxes will be added if any.

Modifications to the Service and Prices:

Rajasthan Hospitals Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Consultation fees, and other chargeable items including registration charges or other applicable fees, are subject to change upon 1 day notice from Rajasthan Hospitals Limited. Changes will be communicated by posting updates to the website or the service provider itself.

Rajasthan Hospitals Limited shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Refund Policy:

  • In case Rajasthan Hospitals Limited fails to provide services as per the agreement, a refund will be made for the said services.
  • Rajasthan Hospitals Limited will refund only the part of services unused by the client.
  • Refund is subject to justifiable reasons for the said unused services.
  • In the absence of plausible cause, no refund claims will be entertained once service acceptance is received from the user. Rajasthan Hospitals Limited will not be liable to refund the user in cases of force majeure or outages where Rajasthan Hospitals Limited does not have control over the resolution time, for example, outages at the end of our Telecom Partners, Cloud Partners, Internet Services Providers, or Internet Hackers.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

All disputes shall be decided by a single arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties. If the parties cannot mutually nominate an arbitrator, the arbitrator’s appointment shall be governed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 or any statutory enactment thereof. Any arbitration shall be confidential, and neither you nor Rajasthan Hospitals Limited may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration, except as may be required by law or for purposes of the arbitration award. The award of arbitration is binding on both parties. Administrative fees and expenses of arbitration will be divided equally between you and Rajasthan Hospitals Limited. In all arbitrations, each party will bear the expense of its lawyers and preparation. The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, and all proceedings shall be conducted in English/Hindi.
